Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide your shipping address and then you’ll receive payment instructions for Interac e-Transfer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer as our primary payment method. It’s secure, private, and the fastest way to confirm your order. Instructions are provided at checkout.

When will my order be confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once we receive your e-Transfer payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is dispatched, typically within a few hours of payment on business days.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make modifications.

Do you ship across all of Canada?

How is my order packaged?

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no reference to BuyShrooms.net or any mushroom/cannabis branding on the outside of your package. Complete discretion is guaranteed.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your province. BC and Ontario are typically 1–2 business days. Northern territories may take up to 10 business days. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 have a flat $15 shipping fee.

Are your mushrooms lab-tested?

Yes. All of our products are sourced from trusted Canadian cultivators and tested for purity, potency, and contaminants before being listed in our store.

What’s the difference between dried mushrooms and microdose capsules?

Dried mushrooms are used for full psychedelic experiences at larger doses (1–3.5g+). Microdose capsules contain sub-perceptual doses (typically 50–300mg) intended for everyday use to enhance mood, focus, and creativity without a full psychedelic effect. See our dosage guide for more detail.

Which strain should I choose as a beginner?

We recommend Golden Teacher or B+ for beginners — both are moderate in potency, produce a well-balanced experience, and are forgiving for new users. Avoid high-potency strains like APE or Blue Meanies for your first experience.

What is the right dose for me?

Dosing depends on your body weight, experience level, and the specific strain. Our complete dosage guide covers everything from microdose (0.1g) to hero dose (5g+) with guidance on each level.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and reorder in the future.

I haven’t received my order — what do I do?

First, check your Canada Post tracking link for the latest update. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, wait 24 hours and then contact us. We’ll investigate and work to resolve it quickly.
