At BuyShrooms.net, we ship discreetly and reliably across Canada. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle your order from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your door.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Packaging

We use plain, unmarked boxes and envelopes with no indication of the contents on the outside. The return address will not reference BuyShrooms.net or any cannabis/mushroom-related branding. Your privacy is our priority.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $99
  • Flat rate $15 for orders under $99

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Canada Post tracking number via email. You can track your package at canadapost.ca.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please wait 24 hours as Canada Post sometimes scans packages before final delivery. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
