If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described, we will issue a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you. We take quality control seriously and these situations are rare — but when they happen, we fix them promptly.

Eligible Issues

We will offer a replacement or store credit in the following situations:

  • Your order arrived damaged or compromised during shipping
  • You received the wrong product(s)
  • Your package is confirmed lost by Canada Post tracking
  • Items are missing from your order

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or 7 days after the expected delivery date for lost packages)
  2. Email us at our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue
  3. Include photos if your order arrived damaged
  4. We will respond within 1 business day with a resolution

Non-Eligible Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout
  • You changed your mind after your order was dispatched
  • Package was stolen after a confirmed delivery scan
  • Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery

Store Credit

In most cases, we issue store credit rather than cash refunds. Store credit is applied to your account immediately and can be used on any future order with no expiry date.
